New York & Company (NY&C) was struggling to keep pace with a mobile-first audience and its own creative ambitions because its existing, feature‑limited technology (Adobe Scene7) made publishing new content and campaigns slow and IT-dependent. Facing 67% weekly traffic from mobile (54% from smartphones), the retailer needed a faster, more flexible way to produce rich imagery and launch campaigns — and turned to Zmags’ Creator platform to solve that challenge.
Zmags implemented its Creator SaaS platform, enabling drag‑and‑drop, code‑free creation and rapid publishing (first used for a SweetPea landing page). The result: time to market dropped from about three months to under eight hours, creative output increased ~400%, and page views for the SweetPea launch jumped more than 600% in the first four days, with engagement on par with major retail weekends — all achieved using Zmags’ Creator.
