Deborah Lippmann, the beauty brand, faced a stale ecommerce site with a rigid homepage, static galleries and a fractured path-to-purchase that lost shoppers at every click. To run richer, shoppable content without lengthy developer cycles, Deborah Lippmann partnered with Zmags and adopted Zmags Creator to enable drag-and-drop, commerce-enabled experiences.
Using Zmags Creator the team quickly replaced pages with animated, video-rich, shoppable experiences (publishing live in about 4 minutes and even launching Met Gala coverage within an hour). The results from Zmags speak for themselves: a 244% increase in desktop conversions, 106% increase in mobile conversions, a 38% lift in desktop AOV and 33% mobile AOV, plus a 491% conversion lift on the “Cuticle Care” experience.
