ZIVVER implemented a custom glossary of insurance-specific terms that could indicate sensitive data, and Schouten Zekerheid collaborated across departments to define when the platform should be used. This made it easier to recognize sensitive content, improved the user experience, and allowed Schouten Zekerheid to quickly add new terms whenever needed.
