The customer, Sameday, Romania's fastest-growing courier company, faced the challenge of managing the rising complexity of its systems to support rapid business expansion and its vision to become a regional leader. Zitec implemented a comprehensive solution for Sameday, which included migrating to a new Kubernetes-based infrastructure and implementing Microsoft Sentinel for security. This provided the scalability and robust oversight needed to handle massive demand, such as successfully managing over 3.6 million orders during a Black Friday campaign. As a result of this partnership, Sameday achieved 99 percent service uptime, expanded into Hungary and Bulgaria, and solidified its position as Romania's leading digitally-oriented courier company. The collaboration also contributed to Sameday's sustainability goals, including a reduction in CO2 emissions.
