ADR launches Digital4All with Zitec to enroll 6,000 students

The Authority for the Digitalization of Romania (ADR) faced the challenge of rapidly developing a secure platform to manage the enrollment, contracting, and training delivery for thousands of SMEs as part of its Digital4All initiative. With a strict seven-month deadline, ADR partnered with vendor Zitec to build an end-to-end digital solution that could automate complex workflows and handle sensitive data.

Zitec implemented a modular, cloud-based platform featuring automated document management, a custom learning system with BigBlueButton integration, and secure data processing. The solution successfully enrolled nearly 3,500 SMEs shortly after launch, with over 520 admitted into the program and more than 900 users joining courses, empowering them with advanced digital skills.
