They partnered with ZipRecruiter to use matching technology and ATS integration to centralize and streamline sourcing. In 90 days ZipRecruiter reached over 1,900 candidates across 13 roles, helping Vision hire a full staff before opening day, reduce training time and nearly fill both hotels in their opening weeks.
