Willoughby City Council expands corporate bookings across 2024 with Zipporah Ltd

Willoughby City Council required a system to effectively manage bookings and events across its diverse venues, including food service locations, an art centre, green parks, and the Zenith Theatre. They also needed to offer online booking for bespoke courses. After exploring several suppliers, they selected Zipporah Ltd to meet this challenge.

Zipporah Ltd implemented its corporate booking solution, becoming the council's main supplier for this service. The solution included an upgrade to the sports module and a new user interface API for the Zipporah Impact solution. The successful expansion was scheduled to go live in March 2024, solidifying a strong partnership between Willoughby City Council and Zipporah.
