Dublin City Council needed to rapidly launch a city-wide digital transformation to improve citizen access to council services during the Covid crisis. Working with Zipporah Ltd, the council implemented an online booking system to make services more accessible and efficient for residents.
Zipporah Ltd delivered the system in less than ten days, enabling Dublin City Council to take public bookings for more than 35 appointment types, including parking permits, street performance licences, and motor-tax documents. Since launch, the platform has handled nearly 300 completed bookings, while also giving the council a foundation for future reporting and data-driven service improvements.
