Allegiant Stadium Achieves 78% Revenue Increase with Zippin

Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders, faced significant challenges with long concession lines and a difficult post-pandemic labor market, which threatened the fan experience. The stadium’s leadership sought to eliminate friction and reduce staffing needs for their food and beverage operations. They worked with vendor Zippin to implement a checkout-free solution to address these issues.

The stadium deployed Zippin's checkout-free stores, known as Zippin Lanes, which allow guests to enter with a payment method, grab items, and leave without scanning or waiting in line. This solution from Zippin drastically reduced the need for staff and eliminated queues. The results were substantial, including a 78% increase in total revenue, a 61% rise in per caps, and a 99% conversion rate, all while significantly speeding up the average shopping time for fans.
