TheRTAStore.com, a large US online ready-to-assemble and pre-assembled cabinetry retailer serving over 35,000 families, wanted to boost email engagement and deepen customer loyalty. To do this they partnered with Zinrelo and launched a rewards program using the Zinrelo loyalty rewards platform, then began including loyalty details (points, tier, and a CTA) directly in promotional emails.
Zinrelo’s solution was integrated into TheRTAStore.com’s email campaigns and evaluated via an A/B test comparing emails with and without loyalty information. Emails that showed loyalty points and tier outperformed the control group, driving a 26% increase in revenue per email—demonstrating clear, measurable lift from Zinrelo’s loyalty program integration.
