The Catholic Company, the world's largest online and catalog retailer of Catholic books and gifts, needed to improve customer retention and turn one-time buyers into repeat customers. They partnered with Zinrelo and implemented the Zinrelo rewards platform—integrated with their BigCommerce cart—to launch the Catholic Advantage loyalty program.
Zinrelo delivered a fully managed, customizable rewards solution with points for purchases, welcome and winback bonuses, and coupon redemptions; the program produced a 13.2% lift in incremental revenue and 90% of customers who claimed rewards made a repeat purchase, while loyalty emails achieved a 46% open rate and 14% click rate.
