Predator Nutrition, a leading UK sports nutrition retailer and exclusive distributor for brands like Driven Sports and MTS Nutrition, needed to drive repeat purchases, boost loyalty program enrollments and engagement, and generate higher-quality referral traffic. To solve this, Predator Nutrition partnered with Zinrelo and implemented Zinrelo’s 360 Degree Customer Loyalty App — a modern loyalty program tailored to increase engagement across multiple touchpoints.

Zinrelo’s solution awarded points for purchases, referrals, reviews and social follows, introduced tiered rewards (vouchers, apparel, supplements, personalized plans) and a 10% referral discount, and promoted the program sitewide. The results from Zinrelo’s program included a 33% increase in average order value, 1.7x more purchases by members who redeemed rewards, a 73% increase in daily redemptions, a 25.23% sales conversion rate from referral traffic, thousands of new loyalty members and social referrals, and a 9.5% jump in daily enrollments in one quarter.
