Oracle Lighting, a manufacturer of automotive lighting components since 1999, needed to improve customer retention and grow repeat purchase revenues. To tackle this, Oracle Lighting partnered with Zinrelo and implemented Zinrelo’s loyalty rewards platform to launch a VIP Rewards program.
Using Zinrelo, Oracle Lighting moved to points-based, tiered rewards (Silver and Gold) with earned points and redeemable perks instead of cash discounts, increasing profitability and engagement. The Zinrelo-powered VIP program drove a 71.41% increase in customer retention and a 154% increase in repeat purchase revenue.
