Zinrelo implemented a tiered, 360-degree rewards program—earning points for purchases, referrals, birthdays, account creation, social shares and reviews, redeemable for discounts—to shift customers from one-off discounts to loyalty-driven repeat buying. The Zinrelo program drove a 30.75% increase in customer retention and a 2.32X increase in repeat purchase revenue, while enabling Nature’s Fusions to reduce direct discounts and increase long-term engagement.
