LAFCO, a New York–based luxury fragrance and personal care brand, needed to improve customer retention and increase repeat purchase revenue. Zinrelo delivered a 360-degree, tiered rewards solution (Silver/Gold/Platinum) that awarded points for purchases, referrals, social shares, birthdays and more, supported by data analytics and targeted email campaigns. The Zinrelo program produced measurable impact: a 26.72% increase in customer retention, a 23.39% rise in repeat purchase revenue (noted within three months), email open and click rates of 3.08x and 7.37x industry averages, and a shift away from discounts toward higher repeat sales and per-customer revenue.
