COOLHORSE, a leading online retailer of horse supplies, partnered with Zinrelo to boost revenues and customer engagement ahead of the holiday season. The primary challenge was to increase repeat purchases, average order value and overall customer retention, so Zinrelo deployed its loyalty rewards platform to design the Coolhorse Rewards Program.

Zinrelo rolled out a three-phase program—BUILD (custom points, tiers and rewards), MULTIPLY (holiday campaigns and segmented incentives) and SUSTAIN (gamification, social sharing and tier benefits)—which drove strong results: a 98.76% increase in repeat purchase revenue and a 12% uplift in customer retention, along with a 17% improvement in total revenue during the BUILD phase.
