CHROMATIC COFFEE CO., a Santa Clara roastery and café, needed to improve customer retention and drive more repeat purchases. To address this, they partnered with Zinrelo and launched the Chromatic Rewards program using Zinrelo’s modern-day loyalty rewards platform.

Zinrelo implemented a points-based, tiered loyalty program (Silver/Gold/Chromium) with purchase, referral, social and engagement earn rules and aspirational rewards, which increased customer engagement and repeat buying. As a result, customer retention rose to 84.83% and repeat-purchase revenues grew 84.06% in Q1‑2021 (with program highlights including +80% repeat sales and ~2.4× revenue per customer).
