Zingtree helped YouMail deliver conditional, step-by-step support using customer data and user responses to guide people to the right answers quickly. The result was faster, more meaningful assistance and reduced strain on support resources, with measurable usage including 24 decision trees, 263 cumulative nodes, 594 agent sessions, and 41,353 end user sessions—and growing.
