A Zingtree Case Study

Preview of the Turo Case Study

Interactive solutions to make peer-to-peer services even more people-friendly

Turo, a peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace, needed a more efficient way for support agents to handle user and driver verification while enforcing community and marketplace safety rules. To address this challenge, Turo turned to Zingtree and its interactive decision tree platform.

Zingtree implemented guided decision trees that helped Turo’s agents follow the correct verification process for each scenario, improving consistency and reducing the risk of error. The trees also proved useful for support and claims-related workflows, with measurable impact including 10 decision trees and over 500,000 individual tree uses, and the platform continues to grow.
