ADCB India is a full‑service commercial bank with over 4,500 employees across 73 nationalities and multiple branches in India and overseas. As the banking sector rapidly digitized, the bank’s HR function was falling behind and needed a modern, flexible HCM—an end‑to‑end HRMS that could be implemented quickly and supported by a dependable partner.
