BioTek Instruments, a global leader in microplate instrumentation and software for life-science research, needed a better way to connect distributed field, service and sales teams. BioTek adopted Zinc — a single app combining text, voice, video, photo/file sharing, desktop access and admin controls — and rolled it out across its field service organization. With minimal onboarding, teams began resolving critical issues faster, escalating instantly from message to live support, cutting back on email, improving cross‑timezone collaboration and accelerating repairs and maintenance.
