Rush Group Limited is a global fresh‑produce trading company with offices in Europe, Asia and Africa. Faced with a fragmented email environment—Cyrus IMAP, SquirrelMail, SpamAssassin, ClamAV and other tools—that was hard to maintain, Rush sought a single, easier‑to‑administer messaging platform.
They deployed Zimbra Open Source Edition and later upgraded to Zimbra Network Edition, integrating it with their bespoke trading software. Users praised the intuitive web client, fast search, filters and Briefcase collaboration; the Network Edition added Amazon S3 storage to cut internal storage costs and enable further collaboration via Zimbra Drive (and planned Zimbra Talk), delivering unified messaging, simpler administration and measurable cost and productivity gains.
