NATEK is an IT outsourcing and consulting firm serving banking, insurance, financial services, telecom and IT clients from offices in Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic, running nearly 800 mailboxes for staff and partners. The company needed to replace legacy email and storage tools with a solution that supported company branding, gave on‑premises security and control, and integrated with internal applications.
NATEK deployed Zimbra Network Edition on‑premises, along with Zimbra Drive and Nextcloud, to gain branded messaging, tighter data control and stronger anti‑spam/anti‑virus protection. The move delivered easier administration, seamless integration with NATEK’s internal apps, better mobile and external‑client access and measurable productivity gains, with planned next steps including calendar sharing, realtime backups and Class of Service groupings.
