Brunsfield North Loop is a 47-unit, award-winning boutique apartment in Minneapolis’ North Loop managed by Shane Bacon. Faced with strong market buzz and high demand, the challenge was not leasing more units but turning that interest into lasting resident satisfaction and a true sense of community in a small building without large, conventional amenities.

Shane implemented thoughtful, hands-on amenities and programs — a professionally tended urban garden, free interior-design consultations, a rotating lobby art gallery (including a pet-portrait unveiling), neighborhood events and volunteer initiatives — to connect residents to each other and the neighborhood.
