The customer, SunGard Availability Services (SunGard AS), faced a challenge in integrating its Micro Focus Operations Bridge (OBM) and ServiceNow systems. Their IT department needed to automate the bidirectional flow of event and change request data between these ITOM and ITSM platforms. After evaluating options, they chose the ZigiOps no-code integration platform from ZigiWave to connect their tools without replacing them or building a costly internal solution.

ZigiWave implemented ZigiOps to create two automated integrations: forwarding events from OBM to ServiceNow as incidents, and creating downtimes in OBM from change requests in ServiceNow.
