Nutanix, a fast-growing enterprise infrastructure company that sells almost entirely through channel partners, needed a scalable, easy-to-manage partner management solution to enable thousands of global partners of varying sizes, support multiple languages, and deliver personalized enablement without punitive growth-based pricing. To centralize training, deal registration, onboarding and partner tools, Nutanix engaged Zift Solutions to provide a configurable partner relationship management (PRM) platform and branded partner portal.
Zift Solutions delivered a branded, configurable partner portal with CRM integration, single sign-on, deal registration, automated onboarding, multilingual support and MDF tracking, allowing Nutanix to manage partner enablement and content updates without IT intervention. After launching in July 2015, the Zift Solutions portal drove a 50% partner activity rate (versus an ~8% industry average) and more than quadrupled the number of partners actively using the portal, significantly boosting partner engagement and scalability.
