MSM Solutions, a leading barcode and RFID integrator, faced shifting buyer expectations, a recent rebrand from MidSouth Marking Systems, and inconsistent digital marketing that made it hard to capture leads and communicate value. To address this, MSM began with Marketing Advocate (later transitioning to Zift Solutions) to find a platform and services that could modernize their outreach.
Zift Solutions implemented dynamic content syndication on MSM’s website, bi-weekly email marketing, and Concierge Services to execute campaigns and capture prospect data. As a result, MSM saw increased web traffic and click-throughs, generated more than $15,000 in pipeline and closed $8,000 in under five months, recorded 5,400 interactions from 13 emails, added 1,800 qualified leads and now has roughly 4,000 prospects in its database.
