Listrak is a digital marketing cloud platform whose Professional Services team supports over 1,000 retail clients and manages creative, onboarding, and campaign assets. The team struggled with highly variable client approval processes—feedback arriving via email, Word/Excel/PDF markups, printed scans, or comments without visual context—leading to version‑control problems, manual consolidation of notes into master Excel files, and slow revisions. To address this, Listrak turned to Ziflow’s online proofing and project/production management platform.
Ziflow was implemented as a single proofing hub to standardize internal and client review workflows: creatives upload proofs, Ziflow sends them to clients, feedback is attached to design elements, and comments route automatically to copywriters and designers for concurrent revisions. Using Ziflow’s version control, timelines, and visible real‑time edits, Listrak drastically reduced internal transfer times, cut back‑and‑forth communication, sped project delivery, increased team capacity to take on more work, and improved clarity and accountability across projects. Ziflow’s platform is now the Professional Services team’s standard tool for new client engagements.
