A Ziflow Case Study
MRM Global, an Edinburgh-based marketing technology firm serving global beverage brands in 20+ countries (including Bacardi, Diageo, and Carlsberg), faced a scaling challenge: its 9-person design team supports over 1,000 clients and 100+ active design orders but relied on ad-hoc, email-based low-resolution proofs that created version confusion, slow approvals, and language barriers as the Premium Design service expanded internationally. MRM sought an online proofing solution to standardize reviews across brands, markets, and languages.
MRM implemented Ziflow’s cloud-based online proofing (using the Ziflow API with Google Translate and built-in markup, guest reviewing, workflow builder, and automated reminders). Ziflow enabled multi-language commenting and translation, direct venue collaboration, staged approval workflows, and automated notifications, eliminating manual follow-ups and confusion. As a result, MRM streamlined reviews for all incoming custom orders, increased the design team’s bandwidth to grow its bespoke design business, shortened turnaround times, and ensured correct, timely approvals — all enabled by Ziflow.
