This process revealed that over 70% of their emissions came from purchased goods, leading them to plan a shift towards sourcing more organic coffee. Zevero's guidance provided the roastery with a clear understanding of its supply chain emissions and a defined path to reduction, including goals to use 100% renewable electricity and an electric delivery vehicle within five years.
