A ZetesAthena Case Study

Preview of the EPC Group Case Study

EPC ensures complete unit traceability for explosives with Zetes collaborative supply chain solutions

EPC Group, a specialist in explosives for civil applications, needed to comply with new European regulations requiring complete unit-level traceability across its entire logistics chain. To meet this challenge, EPC Group worked with ZetesAthena and implemented ZetesAtlas, ZetesMedea, ZetesChronos, ZetesOlympus, and the MCL Mobility Platform to replace batch-based tracking with full product traceability from production to delivery.

ZetesAthena enabled unit marking and serialization at production, real-time aggregation and control of data, and end-to-end logistics tracking across EPC Group’s 53 European depots. The solution also supported proof of delivery, return processing, and rapid deployment of 350 mobile terminals, resulting in harmonized logistics processes, improved production quality, better delivery security, and full compliance with European regulations.
