Tereos Syral, one of Europe’s largest producers of starch products, needed to support rapid growth while meeting rising customer demands for product quality and origin information, as well as strict food safety and regulatory standards. To address this challenge, the company engaged Zetes to deploy an international traceability solution across its European manufacturing operations.

Zetes implemented a fully integrated track-and-trace system built around Zetes Scimari PES, directly connected to Tereos Syral’s SAP environment, along with automated labelling, visual identification, RF readers, and vehicle-mounted terminals. The solution tracks products from production to shipping across France, Belgium, and Spain, improving internal resource management, ensuring compliance, and giving customers advance visibility into exact shipment contents.
