The Entertainer, one of the UK’s largest toy retailers, needed a better way to manage stock auditing across its growing network of 89 stores. It chose Zetes and its ZetesAthena in-store management solution to support annual physical stock counts and improve visibility into inventory across locations.

Zetes implemented ZetesAthena, a cloud-based mobile solution powered by the MCL Mobility Platform, enabling a third-party counting specialist to perform stock counts on mobile devices and giving The Entertainer real-time access to results integrated with its ERP system. The solution improved stock auditing efficiency, provided full visibility of the counting process, and created a scalable platform that could later support additional in-store retail processes.
