Poiesz Supermarkten Achieves 15% Higher Efficiency with Zetes Voice Picking Solution

Poiesz Supermarkten, a family-owned supermarket chain with 70 stores in the northern Netherlands, wanted to boost order picking efficiency, reduce errors, increase flexibility, and shorten training time for new employees. To achieve this, Poiesz worked with Zetes and selected ZetesMedea Voice, along with Zebra WT410 terminals and HS2100 headsets, integrating the system directly with its existing WISE WMS.

With Zetes, Poiesz rolled out voice picking across its distribution center and saw order picking speed increase by about 15%. The error rate fell to less than 0.3%, and pickers adopted the new system quickly and easily. The solution also delivered fast response times and better visibility into order processing for ongoing optimization.
