A Zetes Case Study

Preview of the CERP Rouen Case Study

Pharmaceutical distributor CERP Rouen optimises logistics processes with ZetesMedea

CERP Rouen, a pharmaceutical distributor and subsidiary of the Astera Cooperative Group, needed to comply with new medicine traceability requirements while maintaining its fast two-hour delivery model, high productivity, and reliable inventory control. To meet these challenges, the company worked with Zetes and deployed ZetesMedea Voice, a multimodal voice-and-scanning logistics solution.

Zetes implemented ZetesMedea Voice with mobile terminals, ring scanners, and headsets across around 40 sites, enabling voice-guided picking and real-time inventory updates. The result was fuller medicine traceability, fewer process stages for preparation and inventory, and less than 0.07% picking errors, while improving working efficiency for 1,000 operators and supporting consistent productivity across all locations.
