nox NightTimeExpress and Zetes innovate night distribution using keyless Proof of Delivery solution

nox NightTimeExpress, a leader in night distribution of goods and parts, wanted a way to deliver to customers’ service vehicles at night without relying on thousands of spare keys. Working with vendor Zetes, the company extended its existing ZetesChronos Proof of Delivery solution to tackle the challenge of key management, planning constraints, and the risk of human error.

Zetes implemented OpenTheCar, integrated with ZetesChronos and FindTheCar, enabling drivers to locate vehicles, unlock only the required door via secure Bluetooth access, scan deliveries, and automatically relock the vehicle afterward. The result was lower customer costs, more flexible route changes, easier handling of emergency deliveries, and virtually no errors from incorrect keys, while maintaining real-time track and trace and stronger security.
