Unilever Greece needed a faster, more flexible way to run warehouse order picking in its new Schimatari facility. As part of a selection process, the company evaluated several systems and chose Zetes’ 3iV Crystal voice solution, powered by MCL Voice, to support its SAP-based warehouse operations.

Zetes implemented a direct SAP integration using custom RFCs on Motorola WT4090 VOW devices, enabling real-time voice-directed picking without middleware. The system was deployed in about one month and now supports 20 pickers across two shifts, helping Unilever standardize operations, improve accuracy, and make it easier to onboard new workers quickly.
