Multi-modal voice system at Pallas Foods drives operational efficiency

Pallas Foods, one of Ireland’s leading food service distributors, needed to improve efficiency, productivity, and stock accuracy across its busy warehouse operations while supporting more than 3,000 daily deliveries and 6,000 customers. The company chose Zetes’ next-generation 3iV Crystal multimodal voice solution, now known as ZetesMedea Voice, to automate warehouse processes in its Limerick facility.

Zetes implemented a paperless, real-time voice system integrated directly with Pallas Foods’ Microsoft Dynamics ERP, enabling more than 60 warehouse operators to be voice-enabled for put-away, inventory management, and order picking. The solution improved resilience, reduced data errors, supported faster onboarding without voice training, and increased efficiency and order accuracy, helping Pallas Foods maintain and enhance customer service levels.
