Marston’s achieves +5% in picking accuracy and -80% in post-delivery issues with ZetesMedea Voice

Marston’s, the UK brewery and pub retailer, wanted to move away from paper-based picking, putaway, and inventory processes that were prone to miss-reads and picking errors. To improve accuracy and support growth, it turned to Zetes and its ZetesMedea Voice solution integrated with SAP.

Zetes implemented ZetesMedea Voice, a speaker-independent voice-directed working system running within Marston’s firewalls, to guide pickers with natural-sounding voice commands. Within two months, Marston’s reported a 5% improvement in picking accuracy and an 80% reduction in post-delivery issues, while also expecting gains in productivity and cleaner delivery notes.
