JD Williams chooses Zetes’ in-store management solution for stock visibility

JD Williams, one of the UK’s largest fashion retailers, needed better stock auditing and greater visibility across its growing network of stores. To address this challenge, JD Williams chose Zetes and its ZetesAthena In-Store Management solution to support wall-to-wall stock auditing, cycle counting, and more accurate accounting of store assets.

Zetes implemented its cloud-based ZetesAthena solution to provide real-time stock count visibility, immediate results from any location, and direct integration with JD Williams’ ERP system. The solution improved stock accuracy and transparency by reducing “hidden zones” in the store, while also giving JD Williams a scalable platform for future retail processes.
