Rangel Group, one of Portugal’s leading express and logistics providers, was looking to streamline proof of delivery/proof of collection and standardise processes across the business. To support its growing parcel volumes and improve traceability and customer service, Rangel turned to Zetes and its Proof of Delivery/Proof of Collection solution, using Intermec CN50 handheld devices.

Zetes implemented a flexible, future-ready solution with individual parcel scanning at every stage of the journey, real-time communication to the host system, and support for delivery exceptions, route planning, digital signatures, and payment verification. The rollout to more than 170 drivers in Rangel Express delivered faster and more accurate deliveries, better parcel and driver traceability, improved customer service, and reduced administration, with plans to expand across additional business units.
