FloraHolland to optimise distribution process with 3iV Crystal voice solution from Zetes

FloraHolland, the world’s largest flower auction organization, needed to optimize its fast-moving distribution process and reduce picking errors during the short auction selling window. The company selected Zetes and its voice solution, 3iV Crystal, after a thorough selection process and a practical trial.

Zetes implemented a tailored voice-picking solution using Vocollect Talkman T5 voice computers, VoiceClient, and VoiceConsole to replace paper-based instructions in FloraHolland’s distribution operations. The trial showed the system was more efficient and safer, with the goal of reducing errors and saving costs; the project also became one of the largest voice picking implementations in the Netherlands.
