VFB Lingerie Europe, part of the Fruit of the Loom Group, wanted to optimise distribution and deliver a faster, more efficient service across its channels. Zetes implemented the voice solution at VFB Lingerie Europe’s main warehouse in Igualada, Spain, with direct integration into the existing Manhattan WMS and no middleware required.
