EPC ensures complete unit traceability for explosives with Zetes collaborative supply chain solutions

EPC Group, a specialist in explosives for civil applications, needed to comply with new European regulations requiring complete unit-level traceability across its entire logistics chain, from production to final delivery. To meet this challenge, EPC worked with Zetes and its collaborative supply chain solutions, including ZetesAtlas, ZetesMedea, ZetesChronos, ZetesOlympus, and the MCL™ Mobility Platform.

Zetes implemented unit marking and serialization at production, then extended traceability through EPC’s 53 European depots with mobile logistics and proof-of-delivery capabilities, plus a secure track-and-trace portal. The result was end-to-end traceability, harmonized logistics processes across all sites, improved delivery security and compliance, and faster deployment of 350 mobile terminals, helping EPC upgrade staff skills and improve production quality.
