Case Study: Dia achieves faster, more efficient picking with Zetes voice and RFID solutions

Dia's worldwide warehouses speak the same language

Dia, a subsidiary of the Carrefour group, needed to improve warehouse picking efficiency and ergonomics across its global operations. To address this challenge, Dia worked with Zetes and its voice picking solution, Zetes’ 3iV Crystal (now ZetesMedea Voice), and also used RFID in Spain to strengthen picking control.

Zetes implemented the voice solution across Dia’s warehouses in Spain and then expanded it to France, Portugal, Greece, Latin America, and China. The results included simpler processes, higher productivity, improved work quality, and better service to customers, with more than 2,900 operators using voice across 38 warehouses worldwide.
