Desco, Inc., a leading Belgian wholesaler of technical products and sanitary ware, needed a better way to manage its high-volume delivery operations. With 700 to 1,000 deliveries per day handled across 19 stores and a paper-based process that limited back-office efficiency, Desco wanted greater real-time visibility, improved accuracy, and reliable proof that deliveries were completed on time, in full, and in good condition. It selected Zetes and its electronic Proof of Delivery solution, ZetesChronos.

Zetes implemented ZetesChronos, linked to Desco’s ERP system and supported by touch-screen PDAs for drivers, to digitize loading, deliveries, pickups, and returns. The solution provides real-time delivery updates and enables dispatchers to monitor order status and respond quickly to anomalies, while also giving Desco centralized control of mobile applications, devices, and users through the MCL Mobility Platform. The result is end-to-end traceability and more accurate delivery management across Desco’s fleet and customer network.
