bpost, Belgium’s largest mail operator, needed to update and better manage the mobile infrastructure used by its post delivery staff, including support for its Honeywell CT50 terminals. The company wanted a reliable way to maintain availability of its devices, improve support responsiveness, and handle repairs and reconfiguration efficiently.

Zetes delivered a Managed Services solution using Zetes TotalCare, with integrated Mobile Device Management for software loading, post-repair reconfiguration, reporting, and repair follow-up. Zetes also provided second-line support, same-day advanced swap for faulty terminals, and on-site software reconfiguration when possible, helping bpost improve device availability and streamline support without sending every issue to the service center.
