Floréac, a European distributor of pot plants, needed a way to ensure 100% accurate shipments, reduce customer complaints, and produce reliable freight lists for each trolley leaving its distribution centre in Belgium. With high order volumes and many manual handling steps, shipment errors and mismatches between invoiced and delivered items were creating costly disputes.

Zetes implemented a shipping verification solution based on vision technology, using cameras to automatically read multiple 2D barcodes on moving trolleys and integrate the data with SAP. The system also captures images as proof of shipment, flags errors immediately, and prints accurate freight lists per trolley. As a result, Floréac drastically reduced shipping errors, cut credit note value by 50%, and eliminated the need for extra delivery certificates.
