Wit-Gele Kruis East Flanders, Belgium’s largest home care organization in the province, needed to equip 1,450 nurses with new mobile devices and supporting services so they could access patient information and daily schedules in real time while simplifying device management for IT. The organization selected Zetes and its fully managed mobility solution, based on Panasonic Toughpad FZ-A2 Android tablets.

Zetes delivered the full rollout in just three weeks, including device takeback, custom configuration, distribution, commissioning, and training for nurses and the IT helpdesk. The solution gave nurses mobile access to medical files, contact details, and schedules, while built-in eID reading and geopositioning improved identification and security; Zetes also provided ongoing technical support and maintenance under the managed services contract.
