Pharmacy Business, a large retail and clinic network serving nearly 80 million plan members, faced limited visibility into when and how unregistered consumers engaged with its prescription/refill coverage communications. The company turned to Zeta Global, using Zeta CRM and Send Time Optimization (STO), to improve email engagement and drive more member registrations through its website.
Zeta Global analyzed four months of email engagement data to identify each recipient’s optimal send time, implemented STO to deliver messages when individuals were most likely to engage, and tested creative variants to improve clickability. The campaign produced a 3x lift in click rates within the test design and, overall, delivered a 120% increase in open rates and a 150% increase in click rates, while helping drive increased member registrations.
